Foil Play has a selection of Cats and Quilts die cut topper sheets - some designs are also available in bulk buy packs for bigger savings, if you know a lot of cat lovers, or perhaps are making cards for an animal charity. Kandi Core card and Ornate Flourish mats are also available both in individual sheets and bulk packs.
