Kanban Christmas Quilts stepper card

My first Christmas card of the year - well it is June, after all! I used a Redhotbed single stepper card as the base card, and foiled the edges, using double sided adhesive tape and gold rub on foil.

I filled in the panels using a red check pattern HOTP paper and went to town a bit on the embellishments, using Kanban toppers, DCWV chipboard trees, a HOTP transparency (fixed with brads) and some poinsettia stickers.

Another Patchwork Kingdom cutie!

Fab made him from the original Patchwork Kingdom Christmas collection (the 3D decoupage sheet used is pictured below). He's been teamed with the co-ordinating backing paper and super stylish faux velvet Hot off the Press paper, and embellished with a liberal helping of Kanban bling - and co-ordinating pearls too on his skates!
