
Here's a birthday card made for a collie owner which features border collies from a
Craft UK die cut decoupage sheet. I used an 8 x 10" card and covered it with two toning Papermania pet themed papers, using a strip of brown velvet finish ribbon to cover the join. On the lower sheet, I decoupaged some of the circle motifs from the leftover part of the paper, and mounted them over matching circles using foam pads, to add a bit of dimension.
I've used Nestabilities long rectangles dies to cut co-ordinating mats for both the decoupage and the stamped greeting. I used three layers of the die cut decoupage (layers 2A and 3A are identical), which means that I still have an extra collie dog topper for another project.
