Website back on line

The Foil Play web site is back now on a brand new server, thanks to my webmaster, who has pulled out all the stops to get it up and running again.

Everything is back to normal now, including the automatic order received / despatched emails.

I do apologise again for any inconvenience the downtime has caused.

Website outage

My apologies that the Foil Play website is currently unavailable - it seems that there is a hardware failure on the server, which could (hopefully worst case scenario) take until Monday to fix.

All orders received up until today have been despatched, even if you haven't had a despatch email - I wasn't able to send them for all orders, due to the site going down this afternoon.

If you need to email me in the meantime, please use my alternative email, sales@winspiration.co.uk.

I will post updates when I know more and when the site is back up, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime!

Update Saturday am: The old server had failed, a new one is in place and we are working to rebuild the site, which will take a day or so.

Update Saturday pm: Site is back on line on the new server now, see my separate post. Hooray!

Hunkydory 3 for 2 Christmas kits

 The Hunkydory 3 for 2 Collection of Christmas card kits is now in stock at Foil Play!

Instead of offering them on a 3 for 2 basis, I'm discounting the price of each individual kit to £8.99, so even if you only want one or two of them, you can still benefit from a discount of £3.00 from the RRP of £11.99.

You can choose from three options:

• Festive Spinners;
• Rockin' Snow Globes;
• The Gift of Christmas

Each kit makes 8 cards, and each includes an illustrated instructions and inspiration sheet.

 As always at Foil Play, fast despatch is a priority and p&p is free if you spend over £10.00.

Hunkydory Blockbuster - Christmas in July!

Fancy making an early start on your Christmas cards? If so, Foil Play has plenty in store to help you, including the very latest Christmas Blockbuster designs from Hunkydory, recently featured on the Ideal World / Create & Craft shopping channels.

There are four collections, with a variety of traditional, cute and contemporary designs, including Classic Christmas, Magical Christmas, Snowy Days and Stylish Season.

Toppers sets with co-ordinating Adorable Scorable card are all available individually, so you can purchase just the products that you know you will use, rather than having to invest in a huge kit. You might like a selection from all four collections, or extras of your favourite sheets if you already have the kits.

If you don't feel Christmassy just yet, how about the delightful and stylish Art Deco Decadent days collection from Hunkydory instead. A great selection of topper sheets with perfectly co-ordinating adorable scorable card and a selection of mini kits also, to make kinetic, diamond and trio aperture cards.

 As ever at Foil Play, fast despatch is a priority and p&p is free if you spend over £10.00.

Die cut toppers and embellishments from The Hobby House

These beautiful cards may look as if they feature stamped and painstakingly coloured images, but in fact they are all created with die cut toppers from The Hobby House, a company which you may have seen on Create and Craft TV recently.

The A4 die cut topper sheets with lovely images created by Mo Manning, Kenny K, Sylvia Zet and Elizabeth Bell have proved very popular.

 I have now restocked the designs that sold out, and added the Christmas designs.

Foil Play now also stocks a range of beautiful embellishments from The Hobby House too, including delicate pins, self adhesive rhinestone and pearl gems and polka dot ribbons.

The self adhesive gems are available in a huge range of colours and a choice of sizes, and at these prices, you can treat yourself to a selection!

  There is no minimum order at Foil Play, and P&P is free on all orders over £10.00.

We Love Kanban June Challenge - chance to win Foil Play Vouchers

Foil Play is sponsoring a challenge on the We Love Kanban Facebook group this month, with a £15 gift voucher for the winner to spend on whatever they like!

You could spend it on some of the bargain Kanban kits that I've put together recently, or anything else that takes your fancy.

The challenge is for members of the group only and the theme is: 'Anything Goes'. Your entry must have Kanban as the main feature but can be a card, scrapbook page or 3D project. The challenge ends on June 30.

The We Love Kanban Facebook group was set up by Kanban as the official Facebook group for Kanban lovers - if you love Kanban products, why not join, to find and share crafty inspiration.

Foil Play is also on Facebook - check out the Foil Play Facebook page here.
